Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning, preparation and presentation of all food items and beverages to the required standards of quality, in line with client and company requirements while attaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare menus and use standardized recipes (Chef with knowledge on Qatari Arabic food)
• Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets the expectations of customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Continuously improve and develop new recipes.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Qualifications: Proven experience as an Arabic Cook.
• Certifications: Food handler certification preferred.
• Industry of work experience: Previous experience in Arabic cuisine.
